The Personal Data Controller, pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter: Privacy Regulation” or “Regulation”), is the company named Pasquali Microwave Systems S.r.l. (hereafter also referred to as “Pasquali”) with registered office in Via del Palazzo Bruciato, 124/B – 50142 Florence, PEC address:pasqualimicrowavesystems@pec.it.

2. Purposes of data processing

As explained more in detail in the appropriate sections where the website users can subscribe to specific services (following the provision of their personal data), personal data provided by the interested users are processed in order to respond to explicit user requests. In particular, all data collection and subsequent processing activities are aimed at achieving the following purposes:

  • generic request for information
  • request for passwords for accessing protected pages regarding the presentation of the Group
  • spontaneous submission of CVs (“Work with us”)

Pasquali will not use the data provided for purposes other than those connected to the services, among those listed above, to which the interested user subscribes. In any way, said data will be used only within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different and particular service requested by the user.

3. Lawful basis for data processing

The lawful basis for data processing consists in the users’ explicit and spontaneous consent provided through the website.

4. Recipients of personal data

For purposes related to the provision of the service to which the user intends to subscribe, personal data may be made available to third parties who shall act as independent Data Controllers, providing services that meet the request of the interested user. In particular, the company named Aruba has been appointed as an external data processor for the hosting functions.
The updated list of data processors is available upon request at the Data Controller’s address.
Personal data will be made available to subjects expressly authorized by the Data Controller and appointed for processing purposes. Said subjects perform essential processing activities for achieving of the purposes indicated above; the activities carried out by said appointed subjects pertain to the following categories: administration, communication, accounting, legal advice, technical maintenance of information systems and marketing, depending on the specific request submitted by the interested user via this website.

5. Transfer of personal data abroad

Personal data may be transferred abroad, to European Union countries or countries regarded as secure by the European Commission or to countries outside the European Union and not included in the list of secure countries. In the latter case, we take steps to stipulate in advance, with the individual subjects in charge, if the case may be, of processing said extra-EU data, specific agreements for the protection of the users’ privacy containing the standard warranty clauses indicated by the European Commission, pursuant to the decision dated February 5, 2010.

6. Data processing method and retention periods

All data processing activities pertaining to this website shall be carried out using electronic or telematic means, or even paper/manual means. Personal data shall be processed according to logics related to the purposes for which the same were collected and in compliance with the current security regulations, for the purposes indicated above or specified from time to time in any further information notes forwarded to the user.
Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected.

7. Rights of data subject

At any time, users/data subjects can request from the Data Controller referred to in point 1: access to their personal data, rectification, cancellation, or restriction to processing the same. In the same way, users may exercise the right to data portability (i.e. transfer their personal data to another Data Controller), as well as the right to oppose data processing and to revoke their consent to data processing without prejudice to the lawfulness of data processing based on the consent acquired prior to revocation

8. Lodging complaints with a supervisory authority

Users will have the right to lodge complaints with the Supervisory Authority, more specifically, the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, in the event of non-compliance by the company with the provisions under the previous points.

9. Types of processed data and optional conferment

The forms provided by this website that are to be filled in by the user shall include both data that are strictly necessary for subscribing to the services required (failure to indicate shall prevent the processing of the user’s request), and optional data that are not strictly necessary for processing said request.

10. Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Said information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with identified interested parties; however, owing to its very nature, it may allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.
Such category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, and also, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the response file, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful conclusion, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
Said data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and for checking its correct operation, and are deleted immediately after processing. Personal data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website. Apart from such eventuality, at present, data relating to web contacts are stored for no longer than seven days.

11. Data provided voluntarily by the user

Personal data normally required for authorizing the use of the services offered by this website consist in both personal and contact details. Said data also relates to CVs submitted spontaneously. The optional, explicit and voluntary provision of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website, or the completion of electronic contact forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is required for responding to requests, as well as any other personal data so provided.
Specific summary notes will be progressively provided or displayed on the pages of the website specifically prearranged for particular services upon request. Sensible data pursuant to art. 9 of the Regulation are not usually processed. In the case of processing of sensible data for specific services, an apposite information note will be issued and the interested user will be asked for specific consent.

12. Cookies and other technologies relative to the reading/archiving of information on the user’s terminal.

No personal data provided by users is acquired by the website for such purpose. No cookies are used for the transmission of personal details and likewise, no so-called persistent cookies (i.e. user tracking methods) of whatever type are used.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear after the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers consisting of random numbers generated by the server. The use of such cookies is necessary to ensure safe browsing and optimal website performance.
The use of session cookies by this website avoid having to resort to other computer technologies that may potentially compromise user browsing privacy. They do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.
